About the Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services.

You will be part of the Channel Operations Centre Financial Payment, a backroom operations unit, to support processing of customers' instructions.

Your Key Responsibilities Includes

  • Process financial transactions such as Funds Transfers between UOB Accounts and other financial payments.
  • Access UOB's application systems, both web-based and host screens for transaction processing.
  • Ensure all incoming instructions are processed within defined SLA and accurately

Job Requirements

  • Diploma Holder (Class 2) or Bachelor's Degree (Senior Officer)
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in financial institutions operations preferred. Fresh graduates may apply.
  • Proficient computer skills especially MS Office applications
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written
