About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to join our dynamic team at Uncle Don's Restaurant Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving profitability. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling staff, coordinating inventory and managing budgets
  • Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures to maximise efficiency and profitability
  • Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar food and beverage operation
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
  • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
