Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and supervise civil and structural engineering works in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Prepare and conduct desktop studies and feasibility studies to assess project viability and technical requirements.
  • Perform site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical or design-related issues effectively.
  • Prepare engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, and documentation for internal and client submission.
  • Oversee quality control, testing, and compliance with relevant codes of practice and project quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout all project phases — from design to construction and handover.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in civil and structural projects — preferably within hydropower, dam, or water infrastructure works.
  • Experience in desktop studies and feasibility assessments is an advantage.
  • Solid technical knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, and geotechnical fundamentals.
  • Willing to be based at project sites (remote areas) for coordination and supervision.
  • Open to both male and female candidates.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • CIVIL ENGINEER: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • CIDB (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)
