Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage day-to-day office operations, including procuring office supplies, maintaining office, canteen & hostel facilities.
- Coordinate and supervise building maintenance, including liaising with suppliers for repair of damaged walls, doors, and windows.
- Oversee factory greening initiatives, including coordinating and monitoring gardeners for lawn, flowerbed, and plant upkeep.
- Organize, maintain, and secure company documents and records.
Expense Management
Track and process administrative expenses and employee reimbursements.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the administrative budget.
Event and Meeting Management
Organize company meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
Compliance and Policy Enforcement
Support the implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain office safety and security protocols.
Other Duties
Provide additional support as directed by the HR & Admin Manager.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies is an advantage.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
