Administrative Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Category Department.
- Compile, organize, and maintain shipping, regulatory, and departmental documents.
- Process and verify various documents including claims, payments, and invoices.
- Maintain an efficient and well-structured filing and document control system.
- Coordinate with internal departments for incoming and outgoing shipments or deliveries.
- Perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and a positive work attitude.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
