Job DescriptionResponsibilities :- Perform handing incoming & outgoing calls and email, correspondences / courier.To handle office administrative tasks which includes documentations, filing correspondences.To handle billing, invoicing and assist in performing accounting data entry.Experience in basic bookkeeping, create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information, tracking of financial transactions with account software (SQL).Responsibilities for Accounting & Administrative works.Handle HR matters, such as Payroll , Epf, Socso and Eis subbmission.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint or Autocad.Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia.Please email resume (with photo) to****@***.***Fresh graduates are welcome.
