Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur — 
Commercial Site Supervisor (Design & Build)
. You will be the key link between design and construction, ensuring smooth project execution 
on time and to ISO standards
.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site operations
  • Ensuring correct implementation of drawings and materials
  • Maintaining project schedules and sequencing of works
  • Enforcing 
    site safety
     and compliance with building management requirements
  • Conducting inspections, managing defects and documentation
  • Communicating proactively with the design and project management teams
  • Working Hours
    : Project-based working schedule, aligned with construction/program requirements (weekends/night shifts may apply depending on building rules)

Qualifications

  • Experience in 
    commercial interior design & build
     site supervision
  • Understanding of project deliverables, construction sequencing, workmanship standards & cost control
  • Strong coordination, task-tracking and follow-through skills
  • Team leadership with effective stakeholder and subcontractor management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Minimum Diploma in Construction/Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related technical field
  • Added Advantage: Experience in 
    fast-track corporate office fit-outs
     and ISO documentation
