Hubspot System Administrator

Malaysia HR Forum are seeking an experienced HubSpot Administrator to own the company's CRM and marketing automation environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the health of the platform, implementing workflow automations, supporting marketing/sales operations, and ensuring seamless integration with adjacent tools. This is a high-impact role that will shape lead management, campaign execution, and data visibility across go-to-market teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Platform configuration and customization:
     Set up and customize HubSpot objects, properties, fields, and records to meet evolving business needs.
  • Workflow and automation:
     Design and implement automated workflows, lead scoring models, and nurture campaigns.
  • User and permissions management:
     Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the platform.
  • Data management:
     Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and proper segmentation through data cleansing processes and entry rules.
  • Integrations:
     Maintain and build integrations between HubSpot and other systems (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI, ERPs) to ensure smooth data flow.
  • Reporting and analytics:
     Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting and support:
     Provide technical support and guidance to users, troubleshooting platform-related issues and ensuring high adoption rates.
  • Strategic alignment:
     Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand their challenges and translate them into system-based solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Documentation:
     Document system configurations and maintain best practices for portal management.

Essential skills

  • Technical proficiency:
     Deep understanding of the HubSpot platform and its features.
  • Problem-solving:
     Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Data analysis:
     Strong analytical skills to interpret data and build effective reports and dashboards.
  • Communication:
     Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide training, support, and collaborate effectively with different departments.
  • Project management:
     Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, such as implementing new modules or integrations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, or custom API integrations.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g. HubSpot Admin, Inbound Marketing).
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling, lead scoring frameworks, or campaign analytics.
