- Menyusun, mengemaskini dan menyelenggara fail, dokumen dan rekod syarikat (fizikal & digital).
- Mengurus surat-menyurat rasmi, invois, dan memo dalaman.
- Memastikan keperluan pejabat (stationery, peralatan kerja) berada dalam keadaan baik dan teratur.
- Membantu dalam penyediaan dokumen kewangan seperti invois, resit, dan penyimpanan rekod dalam fail.
- Menyemak dan menyusun penyata bank serta laporan perbelanjaan asas.
- Menyokong proses pembelian, pesanan (purchase order) dan penyimpanan stok pejabat.
- Menjawab panggilan telefon, emel dan mesej rasmi syarikat dengan sopan dan profesional.
- Menjadi penghubung antara jabatan atau pihak luar (supplier, pelanggan, rakan kerjasama).
- Menyusun jadual mesyuarat, minit mesyuarat dan tugasan susulan.
- Menyokong bahagian pemasaran atau jualan jika diperlukan (contoh: penyusunan data, semakan pesanan).
- Memastikan semua tugasan disiapkan mengikut tempoh masa yang ditetapkan.
- Menjalankan tugas dengan penuh integriti, ketepatan, dan kerahsiaan maklumat.
- Mematuhi dasar syarikat serta menunjukkan sikap positif dan proaktif dalam kerja.
- Sentiasa bersedia memberi sokongan kepada pasukan apabila diperlukan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
