About the Role
We are working with a global organisation in the health and lifestyle sector to recruit a Customer Service Specialist supporting the Japanese market. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role offers the chance to join a regional hub that provides customer support and operational excellence across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and order processing for the Japanese market.
  • Provide guidance and training to new joiners through a buddy system.
  • Participate in projects, events, and system testing (UAT).
  • Liaise with IT and logistics partners to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a positive team culture.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum secondary school qualification, tertiary education is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years' experience in customer service related industries.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese (Bahasa Melayu is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional presentation.
