Duties and Responsibilities:

1.  Drawing review and working with customers to solve open issues and provide custom solutions.

2.  Co-operation with FA, PM, Quality, Sourcing to finish FA on time with high quality.

3.  New process development and fixture/tooling development.

4.  In charge of ECN for product changes and revision update.

  1. New product/ RFQ – Create BOM, labor standard and equipment budget for quotation, provide production standards, review drawing/spec as provided by customer to evaluate applicability for operation and create BOM's for new products.

  2. BOM maintenance in VE system – Create BOM in VE system.

  3. Part naming maintenance of R/M – Create standard part number per NAI part naming system and create list of part number for quickly search.

Position Specifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent.

  2. 1–3 years of experience in NPI and RFQ/quotation within the cable assembly manufacturing industry.

  3. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) – ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  4. Strong analytical and data management skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple NPI projects under tight timelines.
