Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to the daily menu.
- Cook food following recipes and established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely.
- Store raw ingredients properly and monitor stock levels.
- Assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager during busy operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Deliver dishes on time with consistent quality.
3. Requirements
- Experience cooking in a restaurant/café/commercial kitchen is an advantage.
- Able to work during peak hours and weekends.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, hardworking, and disciplined.
- Malaysian only.
4. Additional Information
- Salary: (RM15-RM20/hour or based on experience)
- Benefits: Staff meal provided / OT / uniform.
- Contract period: Part-time (continuous).
