Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring data entry into accounting systems.
- Transaction Processing:

Handling invoices, payments, and other financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
- Financial Reporting:

Preparing financial statements, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Budgeting and Planning:

Assisting in the development and management of budgets, forecasting cash flow, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and patterns.
- Compliance and Audits:

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and assisting with financial audits.
- Familiar with Malaysian tax laws (such as Income Tax Act. SST. CP204 prepayment tax, etc.)
- Comprehensive accounting processing (AP/AR, GL, table preparation) and operation of mainstream financial software
- Ability to independently handle external affairs of industrial and commercial and taxation departments ( such as number tax number registration and audit cooperation with the Custom Bureau)
