· Attend to reception duties such as visitors and incoming calls
· Assist with paperwork and administrative jobs
· Monitor and check 5S practices
· Assist in preparing the document when required
· Support in coordinating guard job matters
· Ensure proper filing and record keeping
· Perform general office admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
