Responsibilities:
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist superior and team member as and when required.
- Prepare memos, invoices, and daily reports.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged/Minimum SPM/ Diploma in related field.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
