About the role

As the Chief Technology Officer at AGGREGATE PI BIZ MANAGEMENT', you will be responsible for driving the company's technological strategy and leading the development of innovative solutions that support the organisation's growth objectives. In this full-time position based in Johor, you will oversee the company's technology infrastructure and ensure the efficient and secure delivery of IT services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing the company's technology vision and roadmap
  2. Leading the IT team to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the company's technology systems and infrastructure
  3. Identifying and evaluating new technologies and solutions that can enhance the company's capabilities and competitiveness
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align technology initiatives accordingly
  5. Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for innovation
  6. Ensuring the company's technology platforms and data are secure, compliant, and optimised for performance
  7. Mentoring and developing the IT team to build a strong, capable, and motivated technology workforce

What we're looking for

  1. 8+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  2. Proven track record in developing and executing technology strategies that support business objectives
  3. Extensive knowledge of enterprise-level technology solutions, infrastructure, and operations
  4. Strong understanding of data management, cybersecurity, and risk management principles
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Ability to think strategically, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions
  7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
