Job  Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines to manufacture with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure parts are produced to the required standards
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustment as necessary to maintain quality and productivity
  • Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Maintain detailed records of production activities and quality control data
  • Ensuring that every finished process part are meet with drawings requirement.
  • Jig & Fixture and mould preparation and setup.
  • Monitoring machine parameters and making adjustments as added.
  • Familiar with Lean practices, 5S, and contributing to a continuous in improvement environment
  • Preparing tools and materials required by work order, removing and cleaning tooling.

Job Requirement :

  • Proven experience as a Machinist or CNC Technician at least 2-3 years
  • Proficient in operating CNC milling and Lathe machines, with a strong

    understanding of G-code programming
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow established procedures and protocols
  • Tertiary qualification in Machining Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prefer with PSDC or JMTI Level – 3
  • Candidate willing to work at Bertam, Kepala Batas.
