Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and support application systems to ensure stable and efficient performance.


• Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues, or escalate when necessary.


• Identify application defects and conduct root cause analysis.


• Deliver technical support to internal teams and external partners as needed.


• Coordinate with vendors and support teams to investigate and address system incidents.


• Review application features and recommend enhancements for improved functionality.


• Assist with generating reports and ensure data is accurate and reliable.


• Handle support tickets and live chat inquiries effectively through to resolution.


• Support routine operations, including Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) procedures.


• Contribute to testing efforts and attend project meetings.


• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

What you need

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.


• 1–2 years of experience in software development, application support, business analysis, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, or project documentation.


• Fundamental understanding of SQL, including T-SQL stored procedures, SSIS, and SSRS (preferably using MS SQL), as well as MongoDB.


• Familiarity with Web APIs / Web Services (SOAP, REST), .NET 6.0 or above, AJAX, XML, and frameworks like WCF or WWF.


• Exposure to Backoffice systems is a plus.


• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design principles.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• A collaborative team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.


• Self-driven and disciplined, capable of completing tasks independently and on time.


• Prior experience in application support is an added advantage.


• Mandarin and English speaker only as client are Mandarin
