RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements in line with company policies.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Contribute to business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance and support achievement of company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business partners to align solutions with market needs.

Collaboration & Others

  • Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions for clients.
  • Participate in sales initiatives and activities that support company goals.
  • Continuously improve skills through training and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Experience in robotics technology, automation, or high-tech solutions is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 integration/programming is a plus.
