Join KYM as an Executive - Business Development
Drive key business decisions across Southeast Asia by by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements in line with company policies.
Strategic & Operational Support
- Contribute to business development strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and support achievement of company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business partners to align solutions with market needs.
Collaboration & Others
- Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions for clients.
- Participate in sales initiatives and activities that support company goals.
- Continuously improve skills through training and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Experience in robotics technology, automation, or high-tech solutions is an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 integration/programming is a plus.
