Training Coordinator

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or learning & development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies (preferred).
Job Description :
- Coordinate all aspects of training sessions, workshops, and seminars (scheduling, invitations, venues, materials, and follow-up).
- Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication of training events.
- Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) or other tracking tools.
- Prepare reports on training participation, completion rates, and feedback.
- Monitor and track employee certifications and compliance-related training.
- Assist in developing and updating training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Gather feedback from participants and trainers to improve future sessions.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments, trainers, and external training providers.
- Communicate training opportunities and requirements to staff and management.
- Ensure training programs align with company objectives and employee development plans.
- Source and coordinate with external vendors or consultants when necessary.

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
