Job Description: Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
Position Overview

The Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in shaping the organization's workforce by leading recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle hiring processes, and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on recruiting expertise, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Recruitment

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Lead hiring efforts for mid-to-senior level and specialized roles across departments.

  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

  • Interview & Selection

  • Conduct initial screenings, competency-based interviews, and coordinate interview panels.

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.

  • Offer Management

  • Manage salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding transitions.

  • Employer Branding

  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online platforms.

  • Collaborate with HR and marketing to strengthen employer brand presence.

  • Data & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).

  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

  • Team Leadership

  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.

  • Share best practices and contribute to team development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring or leading recruitment teams is a plus.
