Our client "Crowe Malaysia PLT" is seeking a Senior, Technical & Training (ISQM) to join their team

Join our client's team as a Senior, Technical & Training (ISQM) and play a crucial part in implementing and maintaining their system of quality management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in regulatory compliance, training, and quality assurance.

What you'll be doing?
  • Quality Management Implementation: Assist in the implementation of the Firm's system of quality management (SOQM), ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Client Review: Conduct thorough reviews of client acceptance and continuance procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the client information database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Regulatory Support: Provide valuable support to the team on regulatory reporting, keeping the firm compliant with industry regulations.
  • Policy Enhancement: Assist in updating and enforcing the firm's quality management policies and procedures to maintain best practices.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate and support the conduct of training sessions on topics relating to regulatory requirements and quality management standards.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Degree or professional qualification in accounting or other relevant fields such as business administration or finance. We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in internal or external audit, compliance, legal/regulatory, risk management, or related fields. We value diverse professional experiences that can contribute to our team.
  • Quality Management Knowledge: Prior knowledge or exposure to ISQM 1&2, ISQC 1, or other compliance/quality management frameworks is encouraged, but not mandatory. We're open to candidates eager to learn and grow in this area.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate well in English, both orally and in writing, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail combined with strong time and project management skills to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Good communication and people management skills to collaborate effectively within the team and with clients.
  • Proactive Attitude: A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently are valued traits in our dynamic work environment.
