- Perform full cycle recruitment activities, including building talent pipeline.
- Timely tracking of headcount movement including offshore and outsourced headcount.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with hiring managers for hiring needs.
- Manage and post job advertisement; ensure documentation compliance on hiring prerequisite.
- Shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiation and candidates management.
- Prepare salary proposals, offer letters for new hires.
- Arrange pre-employment screenings (medical & background) for new hires.
- Conduct induction and orientation for new hires and exit interviews for resignees.
- Create and maintain accurate new hire records in HR system.
- Responsible and involve in employee engagement activities.
- Update and prepare monthly and quarterly manpower financial reports.
- Work with Finance on manpower budget and forecast.
- Organise and participate in external job fairs and internships.
- Work with educational institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation to students.
- Support audits (internal and external).
- Verify invoices for services engaged.
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports.
- To perform any other duties as appointed by the management.
- Diploma or Degree with minimum 3-5 years' experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills and able to propose recommendations for business decisions.
- Meticulous, resourceful and a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel and Word.
- Excellent command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
