Job Description:Sunway Group is seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual with strong project management and planning skills.Responsibilities:- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, email, or chat- Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and team members- Update client records and maintain accurate information in the database- Collaborate with team members to achieve client satisfaction and meet company goals- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed- Handle administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing calendars, and preparing invoices- Monitor and track client feedback and ensure timely resolutions to any issuesRequirements:- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach- Strong organizational and time management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamBenefits:- Dental insurance- Gym membership- Company transportationWorking Environment: At Sunway Group, we uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
