We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solution Sales Provider to join our client's team. As a Solution Sales Provider, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities by offering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and industry research.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges, goals, and objectives.Develop and present customized solutions that address clients' specific needs, leveraging our products, services, and expertise.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, earning their trust as a trusted advisor and solution provider.Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to tailor solutions and ensure successful implementation.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings, and share insights with internal teams to inform product development and sales strategies.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in solution sales, consultative selling, or B2B sales.Proven track record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified
