Responsibilities:

 

Business Development:

Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for proposed land acquisitions.Negotiate and finalize land acquisition agreements.Manage the disposition of properties, including sales and leasing activities.Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Project Planning:

Develop strategic plans for industrial and mixed development projects.Lead the conceptualization and design of projects in alignment with market demands and company objectives.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop project plans and specifications.Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and other statutory requirements.Oversee the preparation of project budgets and timelines.

Project Implementation:

Direct and oversee project implementation from inception to completion.Establish project teams and provide leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures as necessary.Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Proven track record of successful land acquisition and disposition activities.Extensive experience in project planning and development, particularly in industrial and mixed-use projects.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
