Job Responsibility Act as the point of contact between internal and external stakeholders. Ensure dispatchers are following the required SOP in their daily operations and correct them at all times. Assist the Chief Executive Officer periodically when required. Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data. Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers. Able to present data summary effectively using Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. Organize workload, set priorities, and work within deadlines. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, in any field.1 year experience in the logistics industry is a bonus. Those without any experience can be considered depending on their previous employment credentials. Proficiency in speaking and writing English as well as Bahasa Malaysia. Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis. Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures. Able to multitask and handle pressure well. Job Benefits Annual leave. Medical leave.
