Key responsibilities include: Holds a Diploma/Degree in Healthcare related subjects with a more than 1 years working experience. Recognize interactions that involve adverse events and/or product quality complaints and manage them in compliance with the applicable procedures. Record all interactions accurately in the necessary database. Ensure documentation is complete concise, and adheres to Good Documentation Practice Work together with colleagues to exchange effective methods and practices that meet the needs of customers, and provide feedback to consistently improve daily processes. Collaborate in inquiries, surveillance, and inspections. Good proficiency in written English and proficient verbal communication skills in a professional context in English.
