Handle front office reception and administration duties such as greeting guests, answering phones, and sorting mail.Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.Perform data entry and assist in resolving administrative problems.Prepare and modify documents such as reports, memos, and emails.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.Maintain department's office supplies and ensure reception area is tidy.Coordinate mail flow in and out of office and perform basic filing and clerical duties as needed.Take and relay messages and greet visitors warmly.

Possess minimum SPM or equivalentAt least 1 years working experience in related fieldAble to communicate with English and MANDARIN averagelyPleasant looking, warm personality, good interpersonal skillsGood understanding and strong human relation skillsAble to work independently & meet deadlines with right sense of urgencySelf-proactive, initiative and motivated attitude are a MUSTTelephone Skills, Verbal & Solid Communication Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer FocusAbility to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
