Come be part of the team that helps in developing the future generations together**Assistant Registrar (Documentation & Filing)**- Maintain arrangement of student files included local and international and ensure the confidentiality of information- Aid in the maintenance of the SIMBIZ database- Make sure all the file stored accurately based on their categories- Ensure new registration students are registered timely and accurate manner- Assist student and guardians for any documentation- Completion of documentation for JPT submission- Completion of documentation for KDN Renewal- Complete and update student details and status (graduate, extend, leaving, etc) in E-IPTS- Tracking student status under Faculty Fa HOL and Fa ESS- Handle the progress convo ceremony with the team Registrar and submit SKPG data- Adhoc task from time to time given by HOD/DP**Qualification**- Required Skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point- Experienced in local and international student admission at Private Higher Education Institution (IPTS) is an added advantage.- Proficient in English communication skills (both written & verbal).- Able to work independently, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills.**Closing Date : 6th June 2024
