2. Team Management and Training

• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising service staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards.

• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback in collaboration with the Service Manager to develop team members' skills and capabilities.

• Support regular training sessions to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products, services, and customer engagement techniques.

3. Operational Efficiency

• Support F&B preparation, quality assurance, and stock management to ensure seamless operations and minimize wastage.

• Monitor operational metrics such as ticket sales, strike rate, and average transaction value, and identify areas for improvement to drive sales performance.

• Assist in implementing efficient processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

4. Facility and Equipment Maintenance

• Assist in ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of cinema facilities, equipment, and amenities.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any issues or repairs promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

5. Private Events Handling and VVIP Interactions

  • Assist in planning and overseeing private events held at the cinema, including coordination with clients, setup arrangements, and staff allocation.

Qualification

  • 2-3 years of working experience. Industry experience – Hotel, Airline, Hospitality, Food and Beverage, Event Management
  • Interpersonal Skills: Leads and motivates the team effectively.
  • Passion for Hospitality: Enthusiastic about food service and guest satisfaction.
  • Sales Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales principles and KPIs, eager to learn more.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent at multitasking with attention to detail.
  • Health and Safety: Familiar with regulations and procedures.
  • Flexible & Available: Able to work evenings, midnights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
