Summary The Human Resources (HR) Manager plays a vital role in our company'ssuccess by overseeing all aspects of our employee lifecycle, fromrecruitment to retirement. You will be the strategic partner to ourleadership team, ensuring we have a talented and engaged workforcethat fuels our business goals. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Leadthe recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent. This includes developing job descriptions, managing applicanttracking systems, conducting interviews, and onboarding newhires. Employee Relations: Fostera positive and productive work environment by addressing employeeconcerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring compliance with laborlaws and companypolicies. Benefits& Compensation: Administerand oversee employee benefit programs, including health insurance,retirement plans, and paid leave. Stay up-to-date on trends andrecommend changes to optimize our benefitspackage. Performance Management: Workwith managers to develop and implement performance managementprograms. This includes conducting performance reviews, providingcoaching and development opportunities, and handling disciplinaryactions. HRCompliance: Ensurethe organization adheres to all federal, state, and localemployment laws andregulations. Training& Development: Identifytraining needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills andknowledge. Qualifications: Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or arelated field(preferred). Minimum5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist or managementrole. Strongunderstanding of employment law and HR bestpractices. Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and problem-solvingskills. Proficientin HR information systems andsoftware.
