Accounting Manage full spectrum of Accounts (AR, AP, GL, and Reporting).Oversee daily transactions, petty cash, bank balances, and month-end closings.Follow up on outstanding items and collection status.Assist with annual audits and legal matters.Process payments for vendors, contractors, utilities, office expenses, and regulatory bodies.Handle bank facilities applications and oversee overseas payments.Renew contracts and insurance, including company vehicles and property. Human Resources Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews and HR correspondence.Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees.Maintain employee records and attendance.Prepare HR documentation and process payrolls, claims, and taxes.Coordinate performance appraisals and manage bonuses, increments, and promotions.Support employee relations and assist with conflict resolution.Liaise with government agencies and vendors on HR / admin matters.Arrange for office cleaning and maintenance.Assist on ad-hoc tasks on HR / admin related matters as requested by the management.

Degree in finance, accounting, or related field with a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance / Accounting and Human Resource.Hands-on knowledge of accounting, finance, human resource functions, payroll, and compliance with statutory bodies.Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose / resolve matters expediently.Experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting is an added advantage.Good working attitude and high integrity to keep sensitive information confidential.Strong sense of urgency and the ability to multitask and able to work independently.Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese (added advantage).Computer literate, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
