  1. 只需要通过网络聊天工具与客户进行沟通
  2. 会中英文打字聊天沟通,打字速度快
  3. 负责客户的订单跟进和处理
  4. 及时对客户咨询的回复,处理好售后工作
  5. 整理与客户日常沟通遇到的问题进行分类统计
  6. 沟通表达协调能力强,能完成临时安排工作

能力要求:

  1. 需要适应晚班
  2. 拥有客户服务的经验
  3. 精通管理方法和技术
  4. 优先能以中文沟通人选,需服务中文客户
  5. 客户服务软件,数据库和工具的工作知识
  6. 了解行业最新的技术趋势和应用
  7. 战略思考和领导能力
  8. 解决难题和同时处理多项任务的技能
  9. 有客户服务意识
  10. 必须至少拥有本科学士学位或以上学历或同等学历
  11. 工作细心认真
  12. 工作踏实稳重
  13. 熟练运用办公软件Excel, Microsoft Office Suite和Google Docs
  14. 提供的薪酬基于多年的相关工作经验
