customer service executive

Manage daily transportation and shipments, ensuring customer needs are met and schedules are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day booking with carriers and customers
- Telemarketing with customers to promote services
- Support sales personnel with customer inquiries and issues
- Communicate and report customer shipment status
- Ensure daily transportation and shipments meet customer needs
- Coordinate opening and closing of jobs according to requirements
- Prepare customer invoices for closed job tasks
- Monitor customer inquiries and respond promptly
- Build relationships with customers, agents, and shipping liners
Qualification Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and organized approach to multitasking
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and courteous manner
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry is an advantage
- Team player with a results-oriented approach
Education:
- SPM / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma
- Fresh graduates welcome; training provided
