About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional chat support to customers via laptops/desktops
• Reconnect and reactivate customer accounts
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
• SPM and above
• Experience in customer service
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Ability to start immediately
• Working in Subang Jaya, with a basic salary of RM2400 - RM3500 and attendance allowance of RM200
