Maintain proper filing system and ensure all employees' data is accurate and up-to-date.Support recruiment for workers level (local and foreign) according to the needs.Compensation & benefit (leave administration, medical claim administration, staff movement, confirmation of employment letter, salary administration, insurance, etc.)Recruitment (organize for interview, offer letter, induction/orientation , medical checkup, employee's review, confirmation, promotion, transfer and termination).Human Resource systems support (provide relevant data to Group HR & Admin Manager for company's business planning).Manage submission of EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, EIS & INCOME TAX.To prepare the letter and liaise with government department (such as LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, JTK & Immigration)Training and Development (to conduct induction session, training need analysis, master training plan, employees training records and training costs analysis).To prepare for workers job performance appraisal, salary increment and annual bonus.Payroll (preparation of payroll, sending & collection for approval) on a timely, accurate and organized Monitoring of employees attendance, leaves, welfare, human relation, accommodation & transportation.Execute employee relations matters relating to staff discipline, grievances and counseling employee's To make necessary arrangements for worker's work pass, dormitory, medical insurance, work affairs .Organize full spectrum of foreign workers recruitment process. (Foreign worker's permit/visa renewal, passport renewal and immigration related issues.)

Minimum SPM or Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree or full/partial professional qualification in Human Resource Management/equivalent.Required skills): Computer Literacy & good knowledge in MS office.At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.Well verse on employment Act 1955.Able to multitask and remain motivated and positive.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in both written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.Positive working attitude strong written and verbal communication skills.Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
