This is an influencer manager role + sales target. We are looking for someone that embodies all of the qualities below and is not afraid to get hands on with projects and tasks. As a responsible and positive team player, you will work with a team to manage our exclusive influencers and ultimately grow and expand your capabilities in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with influencers, PR agencies, media networks, and relevant parties
  • Actively secure new influencers and increase the company’s influencer database
  • Manage new and existing influencers’ business inquiries, and communicate on a regular basis
  • Consistent client servicing and management to ensure good relationships and build solid rapport
  • Seek out opportunities and unlock new budgets from current servicing clients
  • Propose and execute branding initiatives for the company and signed influencers
  • Be able to deal with crises during campaigns and provide quick solutions
  • Coordinate with the internal production team or external vendors to plan out photo/video shoots and assist on site
  • Assist the internal production team with YouTube or show production planning
  • Oversee Gushcloud’s social media accounts, design and implement social media strategy to align with the company’s branding
  • Ensure administrative, operational, and financial procedures are carried out
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Good time management and able to multitask
  • Confident and hardworking
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Experience in driving sales will be a bonus
  • Passionate about social media advertising
  • Good knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, and local influencers
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Candidates from the digital/social media industry are advantageous for senior positions
