If you arean analytical thinker, experienced in deriving insights and formulatingbusiness strategies through data and analytics, we are seeking an experiencedprofessional to join our team as AssistantManager, Agency Planning & Performance.

The Role:

Analyticsand Planning

  • Prepare data trend analysis and simulationfor new initiatives and projects
  • Gather and consolidate data required forprojects
  • Perform post-mortem analysis for allprojects


AgencyDistribution Monitoring and Reporting

  • Conduct Agency sales and key metricsperformance analysis for monthly and quarterly management reports
  • Assist Head of AP&P in preparingmonthly Senior Management Team/RM/BDM Business Review Decks and reports
  • Prepare key metrics progress reports toregions/branches on monthly basis


Business Activities Communication

  • Prepare andconsolidate quarterly communication deck on agency activities
  • Compile andupdate record of all Agency long term and short term contest list


The Person:

  • Possess a recogniseddegree in Mathematics or Actuarial Science preferably
  • Has 3-5 years workingexperience in the related field
  • Excellent verbal andwritten skills
  • Good understanding ofdata structure
  • Strong analytical andproblem solving skills
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office
