Key Responsibilities:


To process all AML Check that are outsourced to the department within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and according to the agreed Standard Operating Procedure and guidelines.


1)

Operations:
Processing/ AML Check(80%)
a) Customer Due Diligence (AML) Checking

  • Check and followup with Sales Team on the AML required documents from clients
  • Collect company search reports on NB clients and prospects
  • Conduct Dow Jones checking on beneficial owners, directors and authorized persons of client companies
  • Escalate hit cases to Compliance for comments and to senior management for approval
  • Conduct filing of CDD documents/evidence and update CDD logs
b) Policy Issuance

  • Prepare, draft, and issue policy documents (including nonstandard and complicated policies) and ensure productivity is above Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and quality.
  • Identify problems in the policy issuance process, make recommendations to superior, and implements enhancements.
  • Review and handle miscellaneous agreements and correspondence

2) Administrative Procedure Review (10%)

  • Assist in reviewing necessary documents and review procedures to enhance controls and efficiency
  • Ontime identification of errors, delays or any other problems, with subsequent diagnosis & resolution via corrective and preventive measures

3) Other ad hoc task (10%)

  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet business requirements.

  • Monday
  • Friday (8 hours per day + 1 hour break)
  • Permanent role
  • Basic is RM2,500 for Fresh Graduate + RM450 transportation allowance (fixed)
  • RM450 transportation allowance (fixed)

  • 18 days Annual Leave
  • 14 days Medical Leave
  • 1 day Birthday
  • RM800 Dental & Optical per annum
  • Insurance & Medical Coverage (based on Job Function Level)
