JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable in reviewing and implementing HR policies & procedures and supervise both compliances and effectiveness and ensure align with the company policy.
  • Responsible in developing and implementing and oversee the overall performance management systems & function, including the identification of appropriate performance criteria and measures which link to individual performance that are aligned to organizational objectives, values and core competencies.
  • Responsible in ensuring that all Industrial Relations (IR) issues are well taken care off and involved in the investigations of any disciplinary matters around employees.
  • Managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Assist in the implementation of the compensation, reward & grading scheme reviews collaboratively with HR key linkages using appropriate methodologies to be remained competitive in the market and to conserve internal equity in order to attract and to retain the right talents.
  • Manage and guide Group Corporate Office staff in processing staff benefits claims and reimbursement accordance to the company policy.
  • Supervise training to ensure it is done effectively to optimize efficiency at all levels and to ensures the proper utilization of funds for training through budget and /or HRDCorp (for in house training) and evaluates impact to the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR related experience
  • Approachable and able to exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Problemsolving skills, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
  • Young and dynamic is preferable

Salary:
RM4, RM6,500.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Human Resources: 5 years (preferred)
