- Ensure all the ordered item delivered within the time period
- Prepare maintenance records
- Ensure that mainteannce department submit the checklist in weekly basis
- To assist maintenance to coordinate with outsource services
- Ensure all Purchase Order closing every 10th of each month
- Ensure all documents filing properly
- Prepare lorry tyre report
- Monitoring diesel tank & IBC tank stock level
- Any Ad hoc duties assigned by Hod from time to time
