  • Recruitment Strategy
  • Conducting recruitment strategy discussions with teammates and to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to assume the role

  • Manage endtoend recruitment process.


 Employer Branding
  • Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment materials, including job postings, brochures, videos, and social media campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • High level of integrity
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
