Job scope:

SALES

  • Supervising and guiding team towards maximum performance.
  • Preparing and controlling the outlet's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure stay within budget.
  • Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the outlet's reputation.
  • Inspect the areas in the outlet and resolve any issues that might arise.
  • Plan and oversee outlet promotional events or display.
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the outlet.
  • Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.

CASHIER

  • Oversees the cashier team and overall functions of a retail branch.
  • Addressing employee and customer complaints or requests, ensuring all registers have the correct amount of cash at all times, resolving price checks for customers and ensuring compliance as per quota per customer.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment for all cashiers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service associates
  • Generate reliable and accurate till reports from every register
  • Resolve cash tills when closing, ensuring the money matches the report and is stored safely

QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • Possess at least 2 years' experience in retail management. With retail sales experience in the Duty-Free industry are much preferred
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Computer literate and up to date with today's office technology
  • Discretion of personal and confidential information.

Pay:
RM6, RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
