Job Descriptions:

  • Validate all redemption requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct verification calls to customers to confirm and gather necessary information.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all transactions and customer interactions.
  • Attend to clients' delivery inquiries promptly and professionally, providing necessary information and assistance.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or customer support roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Work from Monday to Saturday.
  • OT & Incentives would be given when necessary.

Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
