Job Descriptions:
- Validate all redemption requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct verification calls to customers to confirm and gather necessary information.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all transactions and customer interactions.
- Attend to clients' delivery inquiries promptly and professionally, providing necessary information and assistance.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or customer support roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Work from Monday to Saturday.
- OT & Incentives would be given when necessary.
Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
