Customer Support (Junior/ Entry level)

Responsible:
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm order upon deliver.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing seller inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure the shipment process is successfully delivered to customer.
- Respond customers on unforeseen delays or problems or any changes.
- Listen to customers feedback and give aftersales support as and when required.
- Know well about the products and able to explain to customer based on required.
- Support other HODs on customer service, quality, manufacturing operations, planning, shipping and warehousing related tasks.
- Document and report any issues or concerns raised by customers for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Fluently communicate in basic English/ Bahasa to facilitate effective communication with sellers and customers.
Working Shift: 9AM - 6PM

RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
