Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our customer service department.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Management
- Respond swiftly and professionally to any questions, issues, and complaints from customers.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers.
- Examine and control all content across all platforms, and make ongoing improvements to pertinent policies and procedures.
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with various departments to support their initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions
- Gather and evaluate data and client information to provide updates and reports that are sent to the management team regularly.
- Determine potential fixes or report the issue to the appropriate division or individual for resolution.
- Customer Data Management
- Keep thorough records of all communications and questions from customers.
- Improve customer service by analyzing consumer data and offering insights.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin
- Degree in related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience using Zendesk or equivalent
- Familiar with blockchain/financetechnology industry
- Experience working with different teams across the globe and different timezones
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
