Job Responsibility:
1.0 Accounts and Admin
1.1 Print the sales register for the month and ensure all sales invoices are accounted for.
1.2 To issue official receipts and prepare monthly debtors statement.
1.3 To control outstanding debts and closely follow up on collection.
1.4 To inform and update the sales personnel for collection of cheques and cheques
received daily.
1.5 To verify all suppliers' D/O and invoice against P/O issued and ensure correctly enter into EAMS.
1.6 To request for C/N from vendors where necessary.
1.7 To ensure all supplies invoices and general bills have been verified and is in order for payment.
1.8 To accurately issue all PV and upload payment
1.9 To assist in closing of monthly accounts
2.0 Stock
2.1 To conduct monthly stock count and prepare reconciliation where necessary.
3.0 Reports
3.
1 To prepare the following report at month end for management report purposes:
a) Stock summary report for raw material and FG.
b) Production Laminating and yield reports.
c) month end stock valuation report.
3.2 To verify KL stocks report.
4.0 Other Miscellaneous Assignments
4.1 To inform immediate superior and management of any complaints and issues which may
affect the company.
4.2 To carry out other miscellaneous assignments given by the management from time to
time.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
