  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations to foster positive onboarding experiences.
  • Handle employee relations matters by providing guidance and counseling to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employmentrelated matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a liaison between employees and benefit providers.
  • Manage employee performance appraisal processes and provide support to managers in setting performance objectives and conducting performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:_

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of [3] years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
