The Opportunity

In This Role, You'll Get To

  • Manage the daytoday administration of the global mobility team
  • Support the Visa team with any business travel requests including document preparation, document review, and drafting of business travel letters, up until visa completion
  • Assist with renewal cases for the expat population for Agoda worldwide with a particular focus on Malaysia;
  • Assist with updating data into our internal systems to ensure that all data is accurate and be able to track for renewal
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks eg. updating our internal case lists and trackers, use of SharePoint and Workday platforms, invoicing, etc.
  • Assist the team on projects
  • Any other mobility matters as required

What You will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor degree qualification.
    Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Basic knowledge on MS Office, Excel and automation
  • Language: Fluent in English Bahasa Melayu
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential for this role
  • Detail oriented
  • Having a solid work ethic and selfstarter attitude is essential for this role.
  • Selfmotivated with ability to prioritize workloads
  • Strong planning and organizational ability
  • Good team player
